Privacy notice

FleetHaul uses the information you provide to manage your account and carrier’s transport operations. Contact the FleetHaul team at fleethaul@owo.tech with privacy questions.

What FleetHaul stores

Account details include your name, email, phone, carrier role and account preferences. Operational records can include equipment, loads, vehicle inspection photos, signatures, documents, expenses, duty entries, roadside locations and requests, community reports, and supply orders. A support message stores the details you submit so the team can respond.

Who can access your information

Your carrier’s authorized managers can access its operational records. Drivers receive the records needed for their assigned work. Authorized FleetHaul staff can support operations, with changes recorded in an audit log. A BOL share link grants access to that document until the link expires; share it only with its intended recipients.

Location, photos and sign-in

The app requests permission when you capture or choose images or need a roadside location. Sign-in uses Google Firebase. FleetHaul does not store your sign-in password in its operational database.

Your choices

You can change profile details and notification preferences in Account & settings. You can request deletion there or by emailing support. Deleting your profile removes personal profile details and preferences; carrier transport evidence and audit records may remain with the carrier. Contact support for a review of retained information.

Website storage

This public website does not use advertising trackers. The staff portal uses browser storage for its signed-in session and appearance preference.
