Terms of use

FleetHaul is a workspace for carrier transport operations. Use it only for work you are authorized to perform. Questions about these terms can be sent to fleethaul@owo.tech.

Accounts and access

Keep your sign-in details secure. Carrier owners and managers are responsible for invitations and the records their team creates. Do not access another carrier’s information or submit misleading records.

Operational records

Record inspections, signatures, duty periods and expenses accurately. A signature must be captured from the person signing. Submitted transport evidence is retained as a record and cannot simply be overwritten. You remain responsible for safe operation and the records required for your carrier.

Services and orders

Roadside quotes are recorded offers from vendors, not a guarantee of availability or arrival. Review the scope and amount before accepting. Supply orders record a request; payment, shipping and delivery are confirmed through fulfilment. A submitted order does not itself charge a payment method.

Availability

Functions that depend on external services require those services to be connected. FleetHaul does not replace an ELD, emergency services, regulatory authority or your carrier’s operational responsibilities.

Support and your account

Contact support for account or operational issues. You can delete your FleetHaul profile in Account & settings; carrier transport evidence and audit history may be retained as described in the privacy notice.
